Return and exchange conditions
Items on sale cannot be modified or returned.
Orders already packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept returns on unopened or misdelivered products.
You are responsible for shipping costs when returning your item.
Your return and exchange request can only be submitted within 15 days of receiving your original order for quality, size and color issues.
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance if the item is worth more than $70.
Exchange Request:
Your items are unworn, in good condition and in resalable condition.
Items that are damaged after use cannot be altered or returned.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
If a product is DOA (damaged on arrival) or shipped incorrectly, please contact our support via email first before returning it. Because it must be returned to the exact starting camp for refund or exchange.
Do not send it directly to the address on the package. It may be one of the carrier’s transit warehouses, and that’s not true.
Note that the returned package must be stamped within 14 calendar days from the date you received the shipping information.
Items must be returned with the original packaging, manuals, all accessories and manufacturer’s documentation.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed and verified for OK within 7-12 business days of receiving the items in the warehouse.
Refund Ratio: Refunds do not include postage.
If it took more than two weeks, please contact us.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase.
If you return the merchandise to us, the customer is responsible for the following and we cannot refund.
Loss and damage in transit of the items.
High tariff that is unable to clear customs.
Address errors cannot be received.
Any other uncontrollable situation that cannot be received.
